Joshua J. McDowell has a broad range of educational and professional experience that contribute to the quality of representation that he can offer his clients. He earned his law degree in Colorado, but he studied international criminal law in Ireland and international business law in the Czech Republic. He was a drug court intern a the Denver District Attorney's Office before working as a prosecutor in the juvenile as well as county and district courts where he tried misdemeanor as well as felony cases. He further expanded his horizons by working as a civil and criminal litigation associate for a Denver law firm and acting as a consultant for the American Bar Association. Josh grew up in Boulder and decided to go into private practice to represent defendants in criminal cases and help accident victims stand up to insurance companies.
