How long have you been in business?
We did our first screens in 2002 but didn't incorporate until 2008.

We come on-site to repair, replace or build window screens and screen doors
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I owned a window cleaning company and a customer asked me to fix her screens. I was silly enough to say, "Yeah I can do that."
Watched an episode of This Old House and tried to do likewise... haha after 2 in the morning I FINALLY got the hang.
After thinking, "Does EVERYbody have this much trouble fixing screens?" ...I found that many homeowners would much rather hire a pro.
That was about 10,000 screens ago in 2002!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We come to the customer instead of requiring them to come to our shop.
It's a serious value proposition because YOUR time is worth a lot!
We save you TWO trips, plus the time to pull the screens and re-install them.
With a screen door it's even more of a hassle for a homeowner... but we come on site so you can check it off your list pronto!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Ours is a come-to-you service, serving El Paso, Douglas, Pueblo and Jefferson counties.
From one central location we dispatch four contractors with their own vehicles and send a company truck for big jobs.
We were the very first come-to-you screen repair service in Colorado Springs and yes, we do expect to be expanding further.

But our contractors travel up to 55 miles either direction on I-25 to serve you on site!

It's variable according to daylight hours but typically 7:30am - 5:00pm.
